Board of Directors
AHIP is led by a nine-member board of directors, of whom eight are independent. AHIP’s directors have established an audit, finance and risk committee (“Audit Committee”), a nominating and governance committee (“Nominating, Governance, and Sustainability Committee”), a compensation committee (“Compensation Committee”), and a investment committee ("Investment Committee") consisting of directors who guide and support AHIP’s business objectives while balancing its fiduciary, ethical and legal responsibilities.
